Why can I not open an artist public page?

If you see a 404, the artist profile is usually private/unpublished or suspended. Ask the artist to publish the profile from dashboard settings.

I submitted a booking request but got no response.

Artists can approve, reject, or reschedule manually. Please wait for response, or submit a support issue if it is delayed.

I am an artist and can not assign a new subscription plan.

A new plan can be assigned only after the current active subscription is cancelled or inactive.

My support form shows verification failed.

Use the latest challenge question and answer it exactly. If it expires, click 'New challenge' and submit again.

How do I update support email or social links?

Admin can update these from Admin > Settings. The support page reads those values automatically.

Where can admin see submitted issues and feedback?

Go to Admin > Support to review requests, open details, and send replies.
